Indian Coast Guard (ICG) and Hindalco Industries on May 10, 2024 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in New Delhi for the purpose of manufacturing and supplying indigenous marine-grade aluminum to public and private shipyards of India for construction of ships. Oil marketing companies earned more than 25 times in the financial year 2023-24

According to the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, the combined profit of OMCs for FY 2023-24 stood at Rs 86,000 crore, 25 times more than the previous financial year.
