Decorated healthcare veteran joins Resilient in mission to redefine healthcare delivery
Resilient Healthcare, the health tech company dedicated to bringing the highest quality of care to patients’ homes and communities virtually and in person, is excited to announce that Anthony Tedeschi has been named a senior advisor to the company. Tedeschi brings decades of executive leadership and expertise to Resilient Healthcare and will provide invaluable consultation to the company as they seek to redefine our healthcare system.
Anthony Tedeschi served as CEO of Tenet Chicago Market and of Weiss Memorial Hospital before he was named CEO of Detroit Medical Center. During his three-year tenure as CEO of DMC, Tedeschi oversaw the successful reorganization of the facility and was recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as a physician leader and by Modern Healthcare as one of the 50 Most Influential Clinical Leaders both in 2018 and 2019. Since his retirement in 2020, Tedeschi has been a sought after consultant and advisor for various companies.
“Tony brings a tremendous amount of experience in the healthcare industry to our company, which is exactly what we need as we continue to expand from our strong position in Texas to other parts of the country,” said Dr. Jackleen Samuel, founder and CEO of Resilient.
“I was attracted to Resilient because of my background as a family doctor,” Tedeschi said. “While it’s been years since I practiced, I continue to feel very engaged with patients and families. The technology and infrastructure that Resilient offers is transformational. Patients and families are able to get treatment for acute conditions in the comfort of their own home. Resilient has developed a technology that enables high quality care, at lower costs, at home.”
