It is reported from the village of Gwal Pahari in Gurgaon that a builder has encroached and erected a wall on a revenue road illegally. The builder allegedly used force against those who opposed this unlawful act. The villagers of Gwali Pahari and Mandi in Gurgaon wrote to Chief Minister M.L.
