*Newly added team to contribute to Vertices’ Banking & Finance practice and boost their existing Disputes practice
Vertices Partners announced a further expansion in the firm’s offerings with the latest addition to its partnership. Rajat Agarwal, along with his team, has joined the Vertices Family as a Partner. He brings with him extensive experience and expertise in Banking & Finance and Dispute Resolution practices. Based out of its Mumbai headquarters, the newly added team will build on the Banking & Finance vertical and add further stimulus to the Disputes vertical of the Firm.
Prior to joining Vertices Partners, Rajat had played the role of a key senior in Dua Associates for several years. In the past, he had also worked with J. Sagar Associates, Wadia Gandhy & Co., and AZB & Partners. Rajat and his team’s addition to Vertices Partners comes after the Firm announced an earlier addition to its partnership with the joining of Manasi Pathak Verma, Regulatory & Secretarial Compliances Partner in Delhi NCR offices, and Jayesh Karandikar, Real Estate Partner in Mumbai headquarters.
Having completed six years of operations, Vertices Partners continues to advise clients in diverse sectors including D2C / Consumer, Financial Services, Healthcare / Pharma, Manufacturing, Technology, including Agri-tech, EdTech, FinTech, Media and Entertainment, Hospitality, Retail, and Insurance, amongst others.
