TECHNOCRAFT VENTURES LIMITED IPO RECORDS 38.69TIMES SUBSCRIPTION; RECIEVES BIDS WORTH ₹6,821.76CRORE

 

·         QIB segment was subscribed 42.26 times, the NII portion was subscribed 65.06 times, and the Retail individual investors (RII) quota was subscribed 25.35 times, bringing overall subscription to 38.69 times

 

The Initial Public Offer (IPO) of Technocraft Ventures Limited received an overwhelming response from investors as it recorded 38.69 times subscription until the final day of bidding, garnering bids worth ₹₹6,821.76 crore.

 

The company aimed to raise ₹251.88 crore from the initial public offering, which comprises a Fresh Issue of 9,505,000 Equity Shares and an Offer for Sale of up to 2,376,000 equity shares by the Promoter Selling Shareholder, Kartikey Constructions (Partnership Firm), with a face value of ₹10 each through the book-building route.

 

The Qualified Institutional Buyer (QIB) portion of the issue was subscribed 42.26 times, the NII quota was subscribed 65.05 times, and the Retail Individual Investors (RII) quota was subscribed 25.35 times, bringing the overall subscription to 38.69 times until the final day of bidding on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

 

Khambatta Securities Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager, and Bigshare Services Private Limited is the Registrar to the offer.The company’s share will be listed on NSE & BSE.

 

According to Red Herring Prospectus, Technocraft Ventures Limited intends to utilize ₹150 crores from the proceeds of the fresh issue of equity shares, for funding its working capital requirements and the company plans to deploy the remaining funds for general corporate purposes and offer expenses.
