Under the collaboration, both organisations will work together on the development and validation of AI-based healthcare technologies, creation of quality datasets, and promotion of AI research for disease diagnosis, treatment planning and public health management. The initiative also seeks to strengthen India’s digital health infrastructure and support evidence-based medical advancements.
The MoU focuses on ensuring that AI applications in healthcare remain safe, transparent, inclusive and aligned with ethical standards. The partnership is expected to encourage capacity building, foster collaboration between researchers and startups, and accelerate the integration of indigenous AI solutions into the healthcare sector in line with the Government’s vision for a digitally empowered and innovation-driven India.
