India’s coal production from captive and commercial mines has reached a significant milestone, crossing 100 million tonnes (MT) as of November 8, 2024. Government of India gifted two water-jet powered Fast Interceptor Craft (FIC) to the Government of Mozambique

On November 8, 2024, India officially handed over two Fast Interceptor Craft (FIC) to Mozambique as part of ongoing capacity-building initiatives within the Indian Ocean Region (IOR).
