First all-female mine dispensary inaugurated

In a landmark move for both healthcare and gender equality, Coal India Limited, through its subsidiary South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), inaugurated its first-ever fully women‑operated dispensary at the Vasant Vihar facility in SECL’s Bilaspur headquarters.   The dispensary is staffed entirely by a 14‑member female team, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and support personnel.
